Family-owned and operated Millstream Farms grows, packs and ships quality sweet potatoes which are available year-round. Owner Dr. Henry Chancy began farming sweet potatoes and tobacco in 1989. In 25 years, the operation now farms over 3,500 acres of land. With a Ph.D. in Soil Science, Chancy is able to adjust the fertilizer and chemical rates of the crops according to what the plants need.

All members of the Chancy family are instrumental to the operation of the company. Henry and Laurie Chancy work with their children Thomas, Annette and Richard. They take pride in the fact that one family member is always overseeing key aspects of the growing, packing and shipping process.
